Casa Boom makes eating delicious homemade food easy by offering over 50 uniquely nourishing options for any time of the day. You pick your meals, combine them as you want, and we deliver ( or you can choose the option for pick up).The delivery will be schedule for no more than 3 days after your order was placed. When your order is ready for deliver , you will receive a notification.

- Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes, 95% of the ingredients we use are organic. All of our meats are organic and must of our vegetables too.
- Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only in Miami Dade county.If you don’t live in Miami, Don’t worry! We are working tirelessly to expand our delivery region and we’ll be in touch once we can ship to you!
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?We always try to ship orders as soon as possible. The maximum that an order can take to arrive is 3 days. But normally, it always arrives the day after you have placed the order.
- What are the hours to pick up?
Our pick up times are:
Mon -Friday: 10 am - 5:30 pm
Saturdays: 9 am - 2 pm
Sundays: closed
- Casa Boom soups are vegan?
Yes, 100% vegan.
- How do I get my food?
All of our food is sent frozen. The only product we don’t send frozen is the chicken pot pie. You can follow the heating instructions in the label of the product or in our website ( each product has its own heating instruction)- How long does food last?
Our frozen food last for 3 months in the freezer, so it’s always on-hand when you need it. Once made, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.

How to prepare ( English )
SOUPS
Step 1: Defrost at room temperature for a few minutes
Step 2: For stovetop, pour into a pot and cook over medium-heat for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 cup of water if necessary so that is better diluted. Stir halfway in between until it's done.
Step 3: When it's done ,add toppings ( if it comes with toppings like the chicken soup)
PASTA SAUCES
Step 1: Defrost at room temperature for a few minutes
Step 2: For stovetop, pour into a pot and cook over medium-heat for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 cup of water if necessary so that is better diluted. Stir halfway in between until it's done.
LASAGNAS
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2: once oven is at desired temperature, remove the cardboard lid and place the frozen lasagna in the oven for 35- 40 minutes.
Step 3: at the end broil for 2- 3 minutes
Tip: let it rest for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!!
SIDES
*Plantain cake / Cauliflower & broccoli gratin / potato casserole*
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2: Once oven is at desired temperature , remove the cardboard lid and place container in the oven for 35- 45 minutes.
Step 3: Broil for 2- 3 minutes & voila! Enjoy!
*Corn Cake*
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 F.
Step 2: Once oven is at desired temperature , remove the cardboard lid and place container in the oven for 60 minutes until golden brown.
BEEF
* Ground beef / shredded beef / pulled pork *
Step 1: Defrost at room temperature for a few minutes.
Step 2: For stovetop, pour into a pot and cook over medium-heat for 10-15 minutes stirring halfway in between.
For microwave, pour into a plate and heat for 4-6 minutes stirring stirring halfway in between.
* Dark beef roast *
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2: Once oven is at desired temperature, remove cardboard lid and place the container into oven for 30-35 minutes until it's ready!!
* Breaded beef steak & Breaded Chicken breast *
Step 1:
For airfryer, place frozen milanesas at 200 F for 12- 15 minutes.
For stovetop, fill a pan with oil of your preference on medium-high heat . Place the frozen milanesas into the oil, fry each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: for more yummyness we recommend doing it in the stovetop fried.
CHICKEN
* shredded chicken / chicken pisillo / ground chicken *
Step 1: Defrost at room temperature for a few minutes.
Step 2: For stovetop, pour into a pot and cook over medium-heat for 10-15 minutes stirring halfway in between.
For microwave, pour into a plate and heat for 4-6 minutes stirring stirring halfway in between.
* chicken curry / lemon chicken / chicken rice *
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2: Once oven is at desired temperature, remove cardboard lid and place the container into oven for 30-35 minutes until it's ready!!
CARPACCIOS
Step 1: Take out carpaccio from freezer and let it defrost a little for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: Still frozen, separate sliced portion and place on a plate.
Step 3: Once plated let it defrost completely and add toppings you like.
APPETIZERS
* Tequeños*
Step 1:
For airfryer, place frozen tequenos 7-8 minutes at 350F. Let is sit for 1 minute and serve!
For oven, preheat oven to 350F. Place frozen tequeños and warm for 10 minutes. Let it sit for 1 minute and serve!
For fryer, heat oil and fry 4-5 minutes. Let it sit for 1 minute and serve!
* Mini cachapas*
Step1: Defrost at room temperature for a few minutes.
Step 2: Place in a pan on medium-high heat, heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side
Tip: Add butter, cream and white cheese!!
* Mini empanadas*
Step 1:
For air-fryer, place frozen empanadas 7-8 minutes at 350F. Let is sit for 1 minute and serve!
For oven, preheat oven to 350F. Place frozen empanadas and warm for 10 minutes. Let it sit for 1 minute and serve.
For fryer, heat oil and fry 4-5 minutes. Let it sit for 1 minute and serve!
Tip: Don't forget to but the Cilantro sauce to dip them in!
*Mini cachitos*
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2: Place frozen cachitos into oven on parchment paper. Add a little bit of butter on top for golden brown. Heat in oven for about 15 minutes until is ready!

How to prepare ( Spanish )
SOPAS/ CREMAS
Paso 1: Descongela a temperatura ambiente por unos minutos
Paso 2: Para estufa, vierta en una olla y cocine a fuego medio durante 10-15 minutos. Agrega 1 taza de agua si es necesario para que se diluya mejor. Revuelva a la mitad hasta que esté listo.
Paso 3: Cuando este lista, añade los toppings que desees ( en el caso del chupe,añade los toppings con los que viene)
SALSAS PASTA
Paso 1: Descongele a temperatura ambiente por unos minutos
Paso 2: Para estufa, vierta en una olla y cocine a fuego medio durante 10-15 minutos. Agrega 1 taza de agua si es necesario para que se diluya mejor.
LASAÑAS
Paso 1: Precaliente el horno a 350 F
Paso 2: Una vez que el horno esté a la temperatura deseada, retire la tapa de cartón y coloque la lasaña congelada en el horno durante 35-40 minutos.
Paso 3: Cuando este listo poner en broil 2 a 3 minutos
Tip: déjalo reposar unos minutos antes de servir y disfruta !!
ACOMPAÑANTES
* Pastel de platano/ Graten de coliflor y brocoli / Graten de papas *
Paso 1: Precaliente el horno a 350 F.
Paso 2: Una vez que el horno esté a la temperatura deseada, retire la tapa de cartón y coloque el recipiente en el horno durante 35-45 minutos. Paso 3: Poner en broil durante 2 a 3 minutos y ¡listo! ¡ A Disfrutar!
* Torta de Maiz *
Paso 1: Precaliente el horno a 400 F
Paso 2: Una vez que el horno esté a la temperatura deseada, retire la tapa de cartón y coloque el recipiente en el horno durante 60 minutos hasta que se dore.
CARNES
* Carne molida / Carne mechada / Pernil mechado *
Paso 1: Descongele a temperatura ambiente por unos minutos
Paso 2:
Para estufa, vierta en una olla y cocine a fuego medio durante 10-15 minutos revolviendo a la mitad.
Para microondas, vierta en un plato y caliente por 4 6 minutos revolviendo revolviendo a la mitad.
* Asado negro *
Paso 1: Precaliente el horno a 350 F. Paso 2: Una vez que el horno esté a la temperatura deseada, retire la tapa de cartón y coloque el recipiente en el horno durante 30-35 minutos hasta que esté listo.
* Milanesas *
Paso 1:
Para la airfryer, coloque las milanesas congeladas a 200 F durante 12-15 minutos.

CHICKEN
* Pollo mechado / Pisillo de pollo / Pollo molido *
Paso 1: Descongele a temperatura ambiente por unos minutos
Paso 2:
Para estufa, vierta en una olla y cocine a fuego medio durante 10-15 minutos revolviendo a la mitad.
Para microondas, vierta en un plato y caliente por 4 6 minutos revolviendo revolviendo a la mitad.

Paso 1: Precaliente el horno a 350 F.
Paso 2: Una vez que el horno esté a la temperatura deseada, retire la tapa de cartón y coloque el recipiente en el horno durante 30-35 minutos hasta que esté listo.
CARPACCIOS
Paso 1: Saque el carpaccio del congelador y déjelo descongelar un poco por unos 5-10 minutos.
Paso 2: Aún congelado, separe la las lonjas y colóquelas en un plato.
Paso 3: Una vez plateado, déjelo descongelar por completo y agregue los toppings que desee.
APPETIZERS
* Tequeños *
Paso 1:
Para airfryer, coloque los tequeños congelados 7-8 minutos a 350F. ¡Deje reposar por 1 minuto y sirva!
Para el horno, precaliente el horno a 350F. Coloque los tequeños congelados y caliente por 8 minutos. ¡Déjalo reposar por 1 minuto y sírva!
